How much does it cost?
The Room Display is $99 per iPad (one-time payment). Purchase directly from the Apple App Store and download to your device.
Do I need to pay for API usage?
No. Google Calendar API and Microsoft Graph API usage is included in your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription at no additional cost.
Which calendar platforms are supported?
The Room Display works with both Google Workspace (Google Calendar) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange Online). You choose your platform during setup.
My newly created room doesn't show up — is there a delay?
Yes. Both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 have a propagation delay after creating new room resources. Google rooms can take up to 72 hours; Microsoft rooms typically appear within a few hours but can take up to 24-48 hours. In the meantime, you can enter the room's email address manually during setup.
Can I use this on multiple iPads?
Yes! Each iPad requires a separate $99 purchase through the App Store. You can deploy the app across your entire organization.
How is the app deployed?
Download The Room Display directly from the Apple App Store to each iPad. The managed cloud option (coming soon) will offer centralized device management.
What support is included?
Email support is included. We'll help you with setup questions, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
What about refunds?
All purchases follow Apple's App Store refund policy. You can request a refund directly through the App Store within the standard refund period.
Can I upgrade to managed cloud later?
Yes! When managed cloud launches, you'll be able to migrate your existing iPads to the cloud platform.
